Angel Aspect Ratio

Well simply put

Low Aspect Ratio => Greater Induced drag, higher stalling AOA and Attitude, Lesser lift increment for unit increase in AOA, Control issues at Higher AOAs.

No I dont think so as the limit is primarily set due to cabin differential pressure. Any violation would not lead to any immediate damage as it should be within the Ultimate Load limit (ULL). But...

Just open the spd window and set 300, now close the window the spd remains at 300. But the spd diff doesn't always occur dunno why though?

You are right, its anecdotal what many think is that at flare if IAS drops way below the App spd then the A/T could kick in, MCP SPD and an abrupt uncommanded increase in thrust result in a pitch up...
