It didnt used to be very flexible but it has changed you can now give away shifts which is very helpful. You will still have to nominate your 15 days but if you need more than that off for the month...

Pay is - $20.55 per hour + $10.45 block hours (flying hours) + commission from onboard sales (i got about $100 this month)
Its monthly pay and you get it 3 weeks after month end....
