Thrust reduction before 800'agl

Whats the minimum thrust reduction alt in a b737ng. Fmc does not accept entries below 800'. Is it allowed to switch from takeoff thrust to climb thrust before 800', lets say for an early level off...

does anybody know??? were the pilots at aryan made to pay for their own type rating or did the company pay???....how much did they actually take for the type rating??

does anybody know about the salary packages at aryan for F/O's and practically when did they hire the F/O's...i personally never even came to know abt them hiring..was there an exam or something???...
