You need a foreign ATPL to even be issued a Singaporean CPL.

If you meet the Singapore ATPL requirements you will then be issued it, don't ask me the requirements but think its 3000 hrs multi crew?

Took 3 QF flights last week, 1 Int, 2 Dom, did not hear one out of normal announcement.

Its public perspective, QF seem to be winning that one, from talking to people around the traps.
