Well he could get a work visa but that won't let him be in flight crew. Actually it states in the Air Law that flight crew must be Russian citizens.

wow 28000 a year. I just love how zeal crew fly air nz planes, wear anz uniform but get paid peanuts compared to the cabin crew employed directly by anz. A part time baggage handler get paid more......
