Unfreeze UK & EASA ATPL

Hi All,

Wanted to ask around if anyone knows a frendly ato/sim/examiner to unfreeze the UK and Irish fATPL on a 737 sim? Our company doesn't allow unfreezing unless upgrading to the left seat.

Thanks to everyone, I managed to do a seminar remotely with NFC in Ireland. However, now struggling to find an EASA ATO approved to do FI renewals in UK....the price was 1500k from one of them.

IAA specifically told me CAA UK seminars won't be accepted after 31/12/2020. I had to cancel my space on AOPA one.
Trying other EASA countries nearby.

I have seen cadets coming out of flight school without a faintest ReAl idea what they are going into. Airlines take a big risk when they hire you on a bonded scheme....

The implementation of locks would introduce a lot of extra weight, certification, extra SOPs and new procedures. It's a big rethink and redesign. I doubt this will happen in the next 10 or even 20...

I personally would try your local flying club, then get out by distance from home.
If they train you , then know you and more likely to offer you a job.
