Never was terminated in my experience. I have used it several times since it was first brought up. Used it up until about 3 weeks ago. Works in HK and US (suspect it would be the case worldwide).

They seem hard to come by. I would suggest going up to the 5th floor library and borrowing the B744 one. Not 100% the same, but it is very similar and will go a long way to get a good understanding...
