I'm 30 and I live in Cheshire. Due to family commitments a relocation is highly unlikely but Manchester is close enough and Liverpool is commutable.

18miles is 3/4 of 24miles (the distance travelled in one hour), therefore it would take you 3/4 of an hour to travel 18 miles, i.e 45 minutes.
