A friend of mine just had his last week :)

Bonded for 3 years, no up front costs. Not sure if its 100% or 70%

But it isnt a FIXED penalty like speeding SP30 is.

Unless you challenge it (which is not always a bad option), and then go to court and get ''charged'' with excess...
