T7 fly 2 or 3 flights a month , the rest is stby , so you can t go home on stby days. Upgrade is up to the company , not exist at the moment.

This is really a strange answer from u 20 years 2 late . The TK licence is JAR and anyway ICAO , so u use it worldwide like any other ICAO licence .

the dlr test is not so easy but it depend for which airline you do it. phase 1 about 35% succeed phase2 about 60% and phase3 30% so all in all about 7% this case is for LH .
for good...
