KFA has just inducted a new batch about 35 from the ones that were sitting with 320 rating at an unbelievable salary .can anyone guess???:}:}i can only say that this will set a trend in the industry .

well KFA has 75% of its fleet as low cost ,load factor more than 70%,half of the fleet is ATR(break even of just 12 pax per sector).

If rest of the low cost are doing great than so is KFA ,infact...
