What kind of aptitude is completly necessary to be ATCO ? Multitasking ? Speaking performances ? Virtual 3D vision...

Can you tell me what is the typical roster as ATC at eurocontrol, Maastricht ?
In addition to days off, are there some extra days for overtime ? How can you take your overtimes ?...
