Arrow Still Another angle

I am not talking about the CVR/FDR transmitting upon impact. What I am suggesting is that once the Officials reach the sight, they can transmit a "Trigger" signal that only the target CVR/FDR pair...

I don't think that ejecting the FDR/CVR is the answer to this problem. Though a datalink to the Airline or Manufacturer is probably not feasible because of the bandwith requirments, I would suggest...
