The only Aircraft I've flown with decent wipers that actually worked was the 744. 737 A330 and 777 all have crap wipers.....

Not just the 737...

The worst would have to be the A330.

The Tail section ( APU area, Fin etc ) were located quite a way from the main fuselage Engines indicating they separated in flight. Therefore you could deduce the missile basically blew the tail off....

It's capable of being turned off by the crew via the Equipment cooling Override push button on the overhead panel. Just needed the crew to identify the smoke was coming from the equipment centre...
