Talking about "getting a class rating on a C525 or Kingair" I know of guys who have done this & got there first job as an F/O this way because they are qualified on that type of aircraft.

If there were the flying jobs why are we not seeing recruitment advertisement for low hour pilots (requirement to do so in the UK) rather than all of us hoping to find that job though other means.

Your either rich or poor in the aviation world. There is nothing in the middle, specally for low hour pilots. Companies will not give you a chance even if you offer to fly for free with them.
