I would say close to Chinese style. The initial one takes two days, after that, you can finish it in half day. Blood test, urine test, treadmill, etc.

6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Bonus after finishing 3 years of contract, friendly people, around 10K per month. As to detail, check with Rishworth.

To be more precise, not hiring expatriate pilots this year. With one A330 coming in Nov 2012 and another one Jan 2013, plus new A321s from 2014, Transasia will hire expat A320 and A330 pilots...
