The ELP certificate is something you would have...

The ELP certificate is something you would have if ELP level is not printed on your license. As far as I know most Part-FCL licenses have it printed on them, so no extra certificate or anything.

I fly mostly in the eastern part of Norway, around Oslo. The airspace is a bit more complex due to the proximity to Gardermoen (ENGM), Torp (ENTO) and Rygge (ENRY). Still not difficult to navigate...
