The only tangible thing we have is the fact there were comms between ATC and A/C AFTER ACARS was registered offline. Satcomm was active.

Comparing to AF447

It doesn't matter how much 'debris' has been spotted if it's not MH370 its just debris.

25 days into AF447 SAR recovered 50 bodies and 640 items of actual debris.

Edit to say i believe some of this 'debris' retrieved IS from MH370.

Im still baffled there isn't a single piece of debris located. AF447 wasn't exactly a heavy impact and this still left some traces albeit 50 passengers or so, a tail section and other objects. I cant...

Sorry if this gets deleted as innapropriate im not sorry for saying it, 2 hours for CVR is an utter disgrace. In this day and age for compression and audio storage could easily be hundreds of hours...
