I do not believe all instructors do it just for money, some do, some just want to build experience and move on to bigger aircraft, but I do believe alot of them do it for the satisfaction of seeing...

Started 1992, now owns 3 R22s, 1 B206, 1 A109, 1 AS355, nice new hangar, new Sim on the way!!! as well as FTO/TRTO, AOC and Part145 facility. He also has a nice Jag as well!!
