Yeah if you hover over the airfield name on the METAR it will show you a decode of all the values. Let me know if you have any other idea!

A good site to check within the UK is FLIGHTNAV.CO.UK (http://www.flightnav.co.uk/) They have all/most of the UK airfields so that you can have a look before you head.
