Junior co-pilot 80K, 6 months later 1.5, senior co-pilot 2.25, Capt 4.5-4.7 all excluding tax.

Thats CAE madrid for you, I wouldnt say standard european TR. Its according to Indian standards, I think the requirements for India are higher, 58 hours of FFS if im not mistaken.

I dont see why anyone would want to get rated in...

I dont see why anyone would want to get rated in this market without a LOI from an airline. Lot of jobless 320 rated pilots. This is if you are planning on working in India.
