Hi, wont effect you not being from England, would actually help you if you therefore speak another language, as long as your English is good. You will need to live within 90 minutes of the airport...

I had a holiday for four days booked but not till June so they couldnt help me with that. Was hoping I might be really lucky and get rostered a few days off over that time, who knows....
