Think it was very unfair for the way the two assistants where made redundant, they didnt get any help what so ever. Easier for controllers to get a job than it is for an assistant.

ATC at coventry has been taken back by marshalls,...

ATC at coventry has been taken back by marshalls, they have done job cuts based on the matrix system and got rid of just two assistants.:(

Need a job.

Have now been officially made redundant from ATC at Coventry, does anybody know if any Assistants jobs are going anywhere?:sad:
