if I was doing it...plan about 4 days in spring, 2hrs per leg..2 to 3 legs per day.
Coastal route then up through France would be nicest IMHO, but fuelling in France...

Might be worth checking with club/maintenance/fueller...I seem to remember when I last loaded EC120 at Redhill in winter that the fuel already had the additive in it.

nigelh, you don't need a type rating on FAA system if Rotorcraft is under 12,500 lbs.

Ofcourse on JAA, you need a rating on each type (some cover others) and then an annual LPC on each...
