Had a look at VV Approach, and whilst only the sample lessons, believe you're onto a good thing. Keep at it.

ATC Training: ab initio et seq.

Surely, in these days of "Open Learning", some Training Institution should be able to devise delivery of all ICAO Course 051 (Basic ATC) into an on-line format.

Perhaps ICAO might show some...

Solving the ASA Staff Shortage (Subject of the Thread??)

The staff shortage within Oz ATC can only come about if their "Learning Academy" 's, Management, Instructional Staff, and ancillary equipment are of a competent and useful status.

It's an accepted fact that ICAO states are responsible for provision of ATS, de-facto.

Is it incumbent on individual states to offer some form of "Instruction", or better and cheaper to pilfer...
