I would suggest Mid East Jet. They operate out of Jeddah, but crews spend about 80% of their time in Europe and the U.S. They have a moderate turnover and are always hiring.

Nee something more specific than www.faa.gov (http://www.faa.gov) so that a foreign carrier and/or foreign carrier can request airman ceritifcates and medicals and incident/no incident reports....
