Cork is a token gesture it seems and Dub is the prize they are after. Hardly shocking I suppose. I thought the original plan was for a 5w service to the Bos area(now TF Green).

Personally I would have preferred Logan over TF Green but it is still a viable option especially given EI's monopoly in the Northeast. Some of the prices from EI during the summer are so high and it...

Ends my interest in the route. Can't see it working. Driving down I-95 to catch an evening flight from TF Green is just not worth it to the majority of folks who are based in the Boston area.

Is that for real? TF Green is in Rhode Island and claiming that it is Boston is right out of the FR playbook. Disappointing if true.

The more I look into the ORK-BOS/JFK routes, the more I am getting concerned about it. First of all the permit has a cooling period of 61 days before tickets can be sold. So Trump will be in office...

It doesn't really matter if you don't see a basis for ORK-BOS. Only matters what NAI thinks. Why would they go to all the trouble in this and not start the route? Yes I know they can now start any...

There is no service? There never was one. Not sure what you are getting at? So you think now NAI won't start any service from Cork. Doubt that very much, would look rather silly if they didn't.

hard to imigine how the Cork US connection is going so well as the prices are really high compared to flying to SNN. On 3 separate searches from BOS-SNN or BOS-ORK, there is over $220 difference.

I really hoping that CO or DL would send a 757 to ORK. But I guess both of these airlines are already sending enough birds to SNN and DUB.
