are these indicators out of alignment in all 737...

are these indicators out of alignment in all 737 fleet? and also it writes in our sop that there's a 0.5 unit difference and the captain's side must be the one that should be set correctly.

why is there a 0.5 unit difference in the stabilizer trim wheel of captain's and first officer's? all help is welcomed!!!

equipment cooling

in 737 aircraft all switches are in "normal" or "on" position when the switch is moved downward. but why are the equipment cooling switches normal position when switched upwards.
