Queued for hour at check in, as flight getting closer they told us to go to desk 44, which was closed. Promised several times it would open soon. Eventually told us smaller plane used, but no reason...

abysmal treatment at bristol

Flight to Zante overbooked by 62 people today. Or smaller plane used. Or crew gone sick, depending on which lie you believe . Due to fly at 1300, still not gone yet.
Customer service the pits.
