The DGCA bureaucracy has percolated down to every strata of the licensing procedures - All the way from the beginning. There was never an ease for public access or transparency for that matter....

A rating at the end of the day might percolate to be a disadvantage. It's more or less limiting the options. But the stats aren't really showing anything positive when it comes to freshers....
