Mlowe, in the interview they are looking to see your passion for flying and how you can work in a team and lead a team, have examples to back everything up if you can...ideally a few examples to show...

Can now add a 4th rejection to the list as well now, I got my letter this morning. Those standard letters are a pleasure to read aren't they! :ugh:
