AAB is very good manager every year he has 400 -600 people resign & terminated and he brings anouther 400-600 to replace them thats so financialy good for an Airline we dont want to mantion...

Right in LH ,BA an manager need to have uneversety degree not a pilot course in Oxford or 10 months course in USA .
Only in QR you can be CT,CP...

For years in QR we had an UK JAR Doctor and he was all around management just as fact he is from UK and he knows JAR's ..
He created a TRE S.D who was young and did a dirty work for him for example...

You can also get terminated based on DFDR download if you say anything against CEO . It happen already .

You can be terminated if you drink "not alowed " Evian water
