Pressure Refueling Rigs do not pump!!! If you mean hydrant dispensers/cart they rely on the pressure of fuel released from a hydrant system...upto 150PSI, reduced by point...

Flying back from Moscow on Sunday noticed
2 Il-86's actually parked on 07L/25R. Is this standard practise in the Russian Fed. ?
