The below link is the atc of the accident aircraft lifting from Dublin. At 3m48s the captain takes departure instructions and states the aircraft is 'heavy with fuel' or something to that effect....

You can have a dry or a wet (oil lubricated)...

You can have a dry or a wet (oil lubricated) clutch on a both the SE3130 & SE313B.
A wet clutch will automatically engage during the startup and a dry clutch will require engagement using the fuel...

By the look of the landing gear and shocks id say...

By the look of the landing gear and shocks id say the pilot has at least suffered spinal compression, evidence of the pilot sitting upright in the cockpit after the accident would suggest this....

Its a sim, the cockpit would be alot brighter if it was real and they would both be wearing headsets. Great view aswell which would be difficult to achieve if it were the real thing.
