From the video you can tell that it went a very long time before they started with the Evacuation C-list. If they performed it at all. From pictures you can see that the GND spoilers are still UP...

Hi!

They just ask why you would like to join, and if you can say your Eng Fire Drill by heart. That's about it.
In the sim, which could be 744 or 777, you fly for a while doing the normal stuff...
