12 - 15 x 11.25 Hr shifts per month (Annualised Rota). I would imagine the weekly hours would be fairly similar as the SAR guys & gals do 24 HR shifts.

I'm sticking my neck out a bit here, but I think several of the posters on this thread are being a bit unfair in their assumptions of the skill set of some (I can't speak for all) H.E.M.S paramedics....
