Oh dear, it's been 6 months since CTC said they would re-interview me in 6 months, so I thought I had better get back into the swing of things. Not looking good for me being about £61k short of £60k....

If there was some sort of loose fixture here it may start to oscilate in a circular fashion due to the tip vortices generated by a wing. Why it is there and if it is important I do not know!

I presume you have just received the standard email that would be sent out when phases 2 and 3 were on separate days, and you had passed phase 2. Someone has just forgotten to update the email system...
