Logging of Hours with 'Heavy Crew'

My company only recognises 'time in seat' as hours that we can put in our log book. So if I was to get the company to stamp/authorise my flying hours, these are the only hours they recognise.

I'm guessing I would only need an LPC to fly an aircraft with an AOC, but unfortunately...
