Hold on

It`not about getting tow hook, you need to get it approved as an aircraft modification (change of Tc or STC) by EASA. An EASA approved hook is just a start of long and expensive process.....

Am I the only one who doesn't caclulate cross wind component? I am usually accepting the info with comment to my self "from the left" or "a bit stronger from the rigth" but i do not recall...

as long as 1:500 00 is good (I mean especially the topo information there) is can be used even for low level. You just need to learn how to read that map and what to expect there.

Being really fresh EASA IR rated, it was a mental math excerise to fly a NDB approach, recognising position of the needle against gyro and heading bug in cross...

I guess to fly TMG you need to have TMG rating...

I guess to fly TMG you need to have TMG rating under FCL. Hours are not counted against each other, but once you have both ratings and re-validate one of them you´ll get the other one re-validated...
