Thats right, they dont guarantee a place with them after you complete TR. So think million times before you sign for it, price is really high as well.

Wizzair are hiring non-experienced pilots with 300h TT, so if you get 40 more hours on piston plane and have your MCC & JOC done you could try going for WIZZ, thats a very good airline to start with.

Have just done MEP with smart aero and started IR training with them, will complete IR and CPL in May - I liked it, no problem and people are friendly and helpful. Prices are also good.
