Until the Blackbery streams our ICANS to appropriate departments there will be a log jam in the system while a clerk (Mon-Fri 9-5 with breaks for lunch etc)...

The IFE on the 330 and 744 seems a lot more stable these days, thank goodness.
Still get individual seat failures, but these are usually fixed with resets and/or vouchers.
Complete IFE failures...
