Three interviewers?? I was under the impression there was just an HR person and an ATCO, who was the third? Also how long did the interview last. Did the whole day really last 0830-1630?

I am on the fast-track controller scheme with the RAF, so yes, would go on JATCC within the next 1-2 years. But realising that Mil experience doesn't really count for much...
