CJayne,

In atc, there are quite a lot of "rules of thumb", however in your motivation paper at stage 2, they will be looking for exact answers.

Just use your dst formula and you'll be fine.

Frogga, don't worry too much about the second stage.

Learn the motivation paper back to front, prepare for some standard interview questions and you'll be fine.
