Salt Air had a similar set up from Kerikeri and Whangarei into North Shore airport a few years back with their caravan.

Can get a bottle of O2 from BOC not sure if they can supply a regulator with it though. You will also need to source a cannula as well ( shouldn't be too hard)

I would have though the easiest way to answer the question would be to find such an airport, look at the circling minimas/restrictions and see if there is any difference from day to night?

From my experience i have heard of wages ranging from 35k up to 52k for 135/125 work out side of air nz (multi/single turbine IFR/VFR pa31 etc size), air ambulance work seems to get a bit more.
