I can't call sick at work that day and I will be abroad. They sent me an email saying if you want to attend, please confirm... nothing is mentioned about if you can't make it... Dunno what to do!!!

Aloha everyone :)
just a quick one... For the online Emirates application they require a passport size picture. I wonder if I need to send a picture where I am smiling and trying to look good "cut"...
