yeah we start offloading pax at -10, and pass bag tag numbers at -10, then its the captains decision to offload. however with servisair we have to offload bags for no show pax because bags cannot...

to be honest, if the agent had of or hadnt not have told the pax to stay in the gate area, they no doubt would have wondered off anyways, if there is delays for any reason pax feel this is extra time...

this is true...airline portrays it very differentley from being a real dispatcher. making sure that A/C turns around ontime can be very difficult, especially as most turmaround times are around 25...
