UK Security Pass

My previouse company refuse to acknowledge requests from a new employer for confirmation of employment to obtain a security pass, potentially a pass might not be issued.
Anybody come across this...

No, the scope clause didnt cause any problems however the legal ownership of the two hulls has proved to be a problem. Expext the contract to be complete late January.
