Hi Dave,

it is possible to push in the Fire Handle. Nothing is latched.
All the Shutoff Valves (Fuel, Hydraulic, Bleed) move to open.
Restart of the Engine is Possible.

It was not a Gear Down Flight.
RH MLG is replaced already. Final Tests are in Progress.
