I was under the impression that the active hold is for 12 months from the date of your initial application? If you attended an AD in July 16 wouldn’t your active hold already expired?

Great help thanks! Was hoping for MEL but looks like BNE might be the way to go if I get lucky enough to be offered a position there before the one year on hold is up and have to reapply...

I would say she is external according to the post. But maybe might depend on where she applied for? Sydney was done a week earlier than Melbourne for example. Fingers are crossed for all of you!
