Challenger 604 querie

Am wondering if anyone can help me out. On our Challenger 604 on the ground, with only APU running, all avionics up (Collins Proline 4) the TAS indication on both MFDs fluctuate between 7-10kts....

Firstly it is almost impossible to live there for 10 years.It is very isolated and it drives you crazy....really.I did 7 and was definately one of the longest expats to do this.
